I've been waiting for the weather to get warmer to wear this mesh trench...don't mean to toot my own horn but it really is a great little jacket for mild California weather.   Speaking of weather I'm feeling extremely under it.  I have a non-stop runny nose and after an extensive google search for a cure, I am left sitting on the couch sniffing Sharpies...lets hope I don't get brain damage.

If you haven't yet please donate to the Red Cross HERE The people in evacuation centers are desperately in need of food, water, and supplies.  In an article I read, a survivor that's staying at one of these centers says that she only gets a bowl of soup or a piece of bread to share with 3 people A DAY! So sad...

  40. The peach looks very pretty and ethereal on you!

Also -did you know? There is an organization that is collecting socks and letters of caring from all over the world and giving them directly to the people stranded in the survivor centers, based out of Sano, Japan. I donated money to the Red Cross and another organization, but wanted to do something on a more personal level, so I sent 30 pairs of socks + care letters. The overjoyed look on the woman's face who received a pair of socks I sent resonated with me so strongly - you can see on my blog here: http://www.chic-steals.com/2011/03/the-socks-i-sent-to-japan-arrived.html

Just something to think about if you wanted to do something that will directly reach a real person in one of the temporary survivor camps.:-)

Thank you for continuing to bring attention to the disaster in Japan, whereas most fashion bloggers can't even be bothered to mention it!!>:(

  48. Since we’ve been talking about building your shoe wardrobe today, another great basic is a christian louboutin shoes. For a good example, take a look at this Christian Louboutin Salsbourg Metallic Leather Strappy Sandals!

While I tend to like my snakeskin shoes in pink or teal, this natural python skin is a great neutral. This Christian Louboutin Aragna Mesh Platform Pumps is very basic, and similar to many of Louboutin Pumps. For those of you who like shorter heels, you’ll love that this pump is only 3 ½ inches! A shorter heel is also great for work or daytime outfits! For some of us, it’s not easy to part with over $1,000 for shoes! Believe me…I know! But at least, these Christian Louboutin Aragna Mesh Platform Pumps are very classic, and you’ll be able to wear them forever!
