Lucite wedges! I was originally inspired by these Fendi's
so I bought these
and had Eric do this:
While our half blind half deaf 10 yr old pug did this
After Eric ripped off the sole, I wrapped dusty pink mesh around and glued the insole down. MUCH easier than the dungeon boots!
Amazing idea, I just say big WOOOWW!!! But you need good glue, yes??? what kind of glue, some professional stuff?? Another thing, I love your shorts!!! XXXX from POLISH blog-operator!!! Have great summer
holy CRAP I've never commented before but I feel you should know you're brilliant and this is my favorite blog. You should definitely, definitely diy more of those and sell - would be a nice change from all the unoriginal blog-stores.
wow this is such an amazing DIY, I absolutely love it. You did a great job because the finish is so flawless, I never would have guessed that the sole was ripped off in order to get the pink mesh attached to the rest of the shoe. I love the lucite wedge too. And cute pug! I have a maltese who is half deaf and half blind as well. It's cute (and kind of sad) to watch them stumble around half not knowing where they're going.
