LOSE-SIGHT HEELS

Lucite wedges!  I was originally inspired by these Fendi's
so I bought these


and had Eric do this:

While our half blind half deaf 10 yr old pug did this

After Eric ripped off the sole, I wrapped dusty pink mesh around and glued the insole down.  MUCH easier than the dungeon boots!

Off to New York to attend this:

  14. wow this is such an amazing DIY, I absolutely love it. You did a great job because the finish is so flawless, I never would have guessed that the sole was ripped off in order to get the pink mesh attached to the rest of the shoe. I love the lucite wedge too. And cute pug! I have a maltese who is half deaf and half blind as well. It's cute (and kind of sad) to watch them stumble around half not knowing where they're going.
